“Since my dad‘s stroke, I have had a lot of weight on my shoulders and having Wendy there to help guide and facilitate that decision was extremely helpful and helped relieve some of that load off. Wendy simplified the process that is completely overwhelming for someone getting started. After our first meeting, she was able to trim down the places to a few that were a good fit, and it was helpful that she was the contact person and made the appointments, etc. Not only is the process of looking for a facility that’s a good fit overwhelming and stressful, the cost of it can be too. The fact that her service is a free service helped decrease the stress & anxiety in regards to finances.”
